- 501(c)(3) Status: Valid IRS-recognized tax-exempt nonprofit organization
- Healthcare Mission: Primary focus on healthcare delivery, research, or patient advocacy
- HIPAA Compliance: Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
